Jean-Pierre studied in Business Management at the Université de Montréal, graduated in civil engineering from Cégep du Vieux Montréal and received various training courses necessary for the proper management in the field of construction.
He has served on various committees such as the Comité de gestion de l’École des métiers de l’acier (2008 to 2016) and the Sous-comité de formation professionnelle pour la Commission de la Construction du Québec (1993 to 2016). He also worked closely in redesigning the building trades with the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (2014 to 2016) as well as with the Board of Directors of the Chambre de commerce du Grand Châteauguay where he lived more than 17 years.
His 40 years within the construction industry enabled Mr. Cadieux to develop distinct skills and extensive knowledge of a company’s various aspects including financing package; negotiation and business acquisition; market analysis; proposal submission, sales, negotiation and contract signature; output, acquisition of equipment; construction site management; account billing and collection; legal and amicable negotiation and settlement; work force management; dealing with bankers and ratio monitoring; organizational realignment and of course recruiting top talents.
